Cardi B Reveals 2nd Child on the Way

Cardi B stunned fans when she revealed her pregnancy during her Black Entertainment TV Awards performance with Migos on Sunday, 27 June.

The 28-year-old rapping superstar appeared on stage wearing a Dolce & Gabbana outfit generously covered in diamonds, with a bare midsection that revealed a very obvious baby bump.

Shortly after the awards show, the “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker confirmed the news via Instagram with a maternal photo of her body painted white while holding her belly, which was captioned: “#2!”

Fans had previously speculated that Cardi B was pregnant after she performed “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion at the Grammys in March. She complained of feeling ill, and promised she would soon reveal why her “body feels destroyed”.

This will be her second child with husband Offset, whom she secretly married in September 2017. The couple share a two-year-old daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus.

Cardi B captured headlines in a similar fashion when she revealed her first pregnancy with a body-hugging white gown during a “Saturday Night Live” performance back in April 2018.
